Trade account questions
Who can open a trade account?
Trade accounts suit installers, electricians, builders, developers and anyone buying solar equipment in volume. You don't have to be VAT-registered to enquire, though we'll ask for basic business details.
What discount does a trade account get?
Pricing is tiered by volume rather than a single flat percentage — single items, pallet quantities and installer/project pricing each have their own rate. Send a parts list and we'll quote it.
Do you supply on pallets?
Yes. Panels, batteries and mounting are available by the pallet, which is the most cost-effective way to buy for a project or to hold stock.
Can you price a whole project in one go?
Yes — send a bill of materials covering panels, inverter, battery, mounting and cabling, and we'll return a single project quote with lead times.
How does payment and delivery work?
We set out payment terms when your account is created, and ship UK-wide including on pallets. Delivery estimates are confirmed with your quote.
